I've always been
a believer.
A believer that creativity can change behavior. That brands can shape culture. That we can develop ideas that people make their own, ideas that create a shared language, build communities, and turn brands into icons.
That belief has taken me across three continents and nearly twenty years in the business.
I started in Europe, then spent eight years in Asia, where I learned the value of always thinking future-forward and helped win Singapore's first-ever Innovation Lion. After that came ten years in the U.S., in Chicago and New York, where I built a global career before becoming Chief Creative Officer of LePub Milan.
Along the way, I've helped create work that made a real difference for my clients. At Energy BBDO, "Prescribed to Death" became one of the most recognized opioid awareness campaigns in the world and reached the White House, helping our client, the National Safety Council, secure a role on the U.S. Government's Opioid Crisis Task Force.
At McCann New York, Mastercard's "True Name" allowed transgender people to put their real names on their payment cards, creating a new growth audience and increasing positive sentiment toward the brand by 300%.
At VML New York, Under Armour's "Metasneaker" became the first, and still the only, wearable to move across four gaming platforms, helping establish the brand's presence in the gaming industry. And Palmolive's "The Naked Remake" went on to become the brand's most successful PR campaign to date.
Now, at LePub Milan, I lead work for clients including The Magnum Ice Cream Company Heartbrands, Carte D'Or, Maille, and many Italian brands.
I also led "Dark Mode Ads," a project that is revolutionizing the Digital OOH industry, increasing awareness for our client Plenitude and earning multiple accolades at Cannes Lions.
In these years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the world's best brands: Mastercard, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Under Armour, L'Oréal, Nestlé, Ferrero, Campari, Colgate-Palmolive, Fujifilm, Unilever, and many others.
Twenty years. Thirty-eight Cannes Lions. Eight agencies. Three continents.
And I'm still a believer.
I believe market disruption, media fragmentation and A.I. are opportunities. I believe the next campaign will be iconic. I believe the next post will break the internet.
Most of all, I believe the best work is still ahead.
